I have been getting to know the new 3.2 Beta of Movable Type. It is a significant revision and takes some getting used to just to repost the site that I had. I am particularly hopeful about the spam-blocking capabilities of this new version, so that I can again enable comments. You will note that, in an expression of unbridled optimism, I have re-enabled comments. Please feel free to leave yours.
John recently decided it was time for a haircut and chose the closest person, himself to do the cutting. The reviews were less than stellar. In order to keep the laughter to a manageable level, Pam dropped in for some cleanup.
Kirk downloaded and installed the new version of MovableType (the software that powers this blog) yesterday and loaded it at this new location. I'll be testing and getting used to the new format for a few days before we bring everything over.
It's my goal to use the improvements and enhanced spam protection in this new version to re-enable comments and get back to more regular blogging.
